Wildlife Management and sustainability in Wisconsin

In the Swedish language there is no name for the word management. Instead of using the word management the Swedes use a word that would translate to nursing or caretaking. Rather than trying to control nature the Swedes would like to think of themselves as taking care of nature and what it does best. The Swedes would like to work with nature and not control or change it. This sort of outlook puts humans and nature on the same level instead of in a hierarchy. The word management or control makes us Americans believe that we can do what we want with nature.
